We provide easy-to-use digital download document templates which you can edit and print yourself.

After purchase the template is yours forever and you can edit and print as many times as you need.

What is Corjl? Can I use my templates if I don’t have Corjl account?

Corjl is an online design tool which free to use for you as a buyer. All you need to do is create an account the first time you access your templates.

Corjl allows you to edit your item online within your web browser at Corjl.com right after purchasing. Within each Corjl template listing you will find a demo link where you can try the template before purchasing.

No need to download any software or fonts. Personalize your item right in your browser using your computer, or make basic text edits using your phone or mobile device.

No waiting! You’ll receive an access link to your item minutes after purchasing.

What license is included with my purchased templates?

You can use the purchased templates to market yourself or your business – only for your own use and nobody else’s. You may not use our templates to create projects printed or digital for a third party.

Our designs are copyright owned by DiyMyDesign – you may not resell, redistribute or share these templates in whole or in part for any reason; claim these designs as your own; or sell any design digital or printed on any online store.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

Which Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We accept payments globally through Paypal, who provides buyer and seller protection. You can pay using Visa, Mastercard or Paypal. 

I’ve paid, when will I receive my order?

You will receive your downloads immediately after payment. You should receive a direct download link, and an email with a download link attached (check your spam folder in case it doesn’t land in your inbox). You can also login to your account and you can access your downloads there.

Can I pay with a Visa or MasterCard if I don’t have a PayPal Account?
Yes, you can pay with a card via PayPal without a PayPal account. Here’s how:

1. Click Check out with PayPal and you’ll be redirected to PayPal. Instead of choosing to pay with your PayPal account, select Pay with Debit or Credit Card.

2. You’ll be prompted to fill in your billing and credit card information.

3. Enter your email address so PayPal can send you a receipt.

4. Click Continue to return to the check out page. Your payment isn’t sent until you click Submit order at check out.

FILE FORMATS, FONTS, EDITING

Can I use and edit the templates on a phone or tablet?

In our shop we sell a few template formats – Microsoft Word, Adobe Photoshop, Editable PDFs and Corjl Document Templates.

The Corjl.com Templates can be customized in your web browser on ANY device, including mobile or tablet.

All other document templates (MS Word, PDF, Photoshop) can only be downloaded and edited on a computer using the relevant software.

Please read the product descriptions for template specific information and editing options.

What are the document fonts called?

This only applies to Microsoft Word, Photoshop and Apple Pages document templates.

All of these templates come with a text file with the font download links. The text file is in the folder called ‘Fonts to Download’. Follow the links, download and install the fonts (the font installation files are the .otf or .ttf files)

You will find full instruction on how to download and install the fonts in the ‘Vital Information-Read Me’ PDF included with your order.

How to open a ZIP file?

Mac “unzip” files automatically when you double click them.
On Windows you can right-click the zip file with your mouse and select ‘Extract All’.
If you need unzipping software you can download this for free: 7zip – www.7-zip.org/

What software I need in order to use the templates?

We sell variety of templates in different formats. Please ensure to read the product description for full details. Here are the main file formats and the relevant software needed to use them:

Corjl Templates can be opened on any device using its web browser. You don’t need to install any software, you’ll just need to create a free Corjl account the first time you login to access your templates. You can register here.

Microsoft Word Templates need to be opened with MS Word 2016 or newer on a computer. If you don’t have it installed you can get a free trial here.

Apple Pages (iOS) Templates need to be opened with Apple Pages on a computer. If you don’t have it installed you can get it for free here.

Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or InDesign Templates need to be opened with Adobe Suite CS6 or newer. If you don’t have them installed you can get a free trial here.

Editable PDF Templates need to be opened using Adobe Acrobat or the Free Adobe DC PDF Reader on your computer. Please note opening the PDF template with another PDF reader or in your web browser will cause the template to not work correctly. You can get he Adobe DC Reader for free here.

ORDERS

When will I get my files? Where can i find my files? How many times can I download my files?

Immediately after making payment, you will receive a direct download link and an email with the access link to your amendable templates or zip file You can now download / access your file using this link.

Note: Please check your email spam folder in case you don’t see the email with a download link in your inbox.  You can also download the file from your account page.

How can access my Corjl Template?

Within your order you will receive a PDF outlining the process of accessing your Corjl template.

Look out for an email from Corjl which should automatically come through within 5 minutes of the order. Please note the email will be sent to the email  used at the check out page and not your PayPal email (if they are different).

Once you receive the email from Corjl click the link and this will take you to the Corjl login page. If you are using Corjl for the first time you will need to create an account first. Once done you will be able to access, edit, save and download your templates.

Does my order expire? How long will I have access to it?

All Corjl document templates are yours forever – which means there is no time or download limit on your order.

Any downloadable document templates such as PDFs, Word, Photoshop templates can be downloaded up to 3 times. Please make a copy of your files in a safe place after downloading.

Can I change or cancel my download after purchase?

Unfortunately we do not offer returns or changes to your order after you have already received your download link unless the file is damaged, or you never received your purchase. Customer satisfaction is priority number one for us so please do contact us if there is any issue.

What happens if I don’t receive my download files?

You should receive a direct download link immediately after making payment; and; the download link is sent to your email address used at checkout. Please remember to check your spam folder in case our email lands there instead of your inbox. Please contact us if there is any issue receiving our files and we will assist right away.

Please note you can also access your downloads on your account page.

Do you offer custom / personalised orders?

Unfortunately, we don’t offer custom orders or designs.

We hope you find the right template for you in our existing collection.
We regularly upload new designs to provide a wide product selection in variety of designs and styles. If you need a size or color change of an existing template please contact us.

PRINTING

Can I buy printed items from you?

Unfortunately, we only offer digital download document templates at the moment.

There is no physical product included with any of our listings.

Where can I print?

After personalising your file you can save / download it as a PDF or JPEG and get it printed.

You can print at home using your home printer. Print quality will depend on the paper and ink used as well as your printer. Any designs with solid colour background or image should preferably be printed professional to ensure there is no patchiness or ink bleed.

USA, Canada, UK, Europe, Australia – print using an online portal

You can print using a website such as zazzle, printsoflove.com, vistaprint.com, avery.com, or similar website available in your country. You will be able to upload your printable PNG/JPEG file online and preview it before ordering.

South Africa – print using an online portal

You can print using a website such as www.webprinter.co.za, www.goprint.co.za or similar. You will be able to upload your printable PNG/JPEG file online and preview it before ordering.

Print at a printing shop

Alternatively you can print at your local printing shop.

You will need to customize the template yourself, this listing does not include any custom design service. Artwork size and orientation are not editable, please check the sizes carefully before purchasing – see demo link to try the template before purchasing.

Print colors and quality may vary depending on your screen resolution and settings. If you print at home please use good quality paper for best results. DiyMyDesign will not be held responsible for any issue related with printing errors.
