Step Four – Secure and Lock In Your Amendable Template Content (only applies to PDF templates)

Once you’ve finished adding all of your content, you will need to lock in your information before you send the PDF as an attachment. To do so, go to ‘sign’ -> ‘add initials’ (icon at the top of the PDF reader).

Place your initials in the designated area at the bottom of the page, and save the final PDF. Remember to save the PDF with a new file name so that you don’t copy over the original amendable PDF. You can now send your new saved PDF templates with peace of mind.

You have 3 downloads in case you accidentally save over the original file, and you can find your download link in your order email or from your online account.
