We have come to realize that there are 3 main issues which customer have with resume, stationery, and business document templates out there on the web (according to our clients).

1) Templates are provided in formats that are not user-friendly, secure, nor used by everyone.

2) A lot of free or very low cost template designs look extremely bland and the quality of templates is very limited.

Your business stationery or resume truly needs to stand out from the rest, both in terms of content and design, if you are going to have the best chance of leaving a lasting impression with a potential clients / employer.

If you’re self-employed, you need professional business documents, letter heads, invoices, business cards etc. all with your own logo attached, in order to gain and maintain a professional image.

Payment Information

Which Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We accept payments globally through Paypal, who provides buyer and seller protection. You can pay using Visa, Mastercard or Paypal. 

I’ve paid, when will I receive my order?

You will receive your downloads immediately after payment. You should receive a direct download link, and an email with a download link attached (check your spam folder in case it doesn’t land in your inbox). You can also login to your account and you can access your downloads there.

When will I get my files? Where can i find my files? How many times can I download my files?

Immediately after making payment, you will receive a direct download link and an email with a download link for your amendable PDF templates or zip file (if you purchase our excel templates). You can now download your file using this link.

Note: Please check your email spam folder in case you don’t see the email with a download link in your inbox.  You can also download the file from your account page.

You have a limit of 3 downloads, just in case you make a mistake and accidentally save over, or lose the original file.

Which file format do you provide and which software supports your documents?

We provide predesigned PDF document templates that anyone can edit and fill out.

PDF documents are perfect as a final format document that you can distribute to anyone. This is because PDFs look the same on all devices, and there are many free PDF viewers which you can download, unlike Word.

We recommend using the free Acrobat Reader DC software, the only PDF viewer that lets you read, search, print, and interact with virtually any type of PDF file.

We also include a couple of excel ‘Payroll’ and ‘Profit & Loss’ templates in our main stationery & admin templates bundle. Excel templates will be provided as a zip file.  

Why is PDF better than Word?

Word documents are a nightmare to work with when it comes to creating a layout, not very secure, and not everyone has the right version of Office Word, or even has Word at all.

PDF documents are of a higher quality, more presentable, more professional, and more secure, with the ability to ‘lock in’ your document’s content and information, and sign or initial your document, once you have finished editing your PDF template.

Can I change or cancel my download after purchase?

Unfortunately we do not offer returns or changes to your order after you have already received your download link unless the file is damaged, or you never received your purchase. Customer satisfaction is priority number one for us so please do contact us if there is any issue.

What happens if I don’t receive my download files?

You should receive a direct download link immediately after making payment, and a download link is sent to your email address. Please remember to check your spam folder in case our email lands there instead of your inbox. Please contact us if there is any issue receiving our files and we will assist right away.
